I highly recommend PJ Aguilar as a Seller or Buyer’s agent in any real estate transaction. PJ was instrumental in the purchase of our Palm Springs condominium. Although he was the listing agent and couldn’t be our buyer’s agent due to conflict reasons, he answered all our questions and directed us to the appropriate sources. He always answered our texts and calls instantly which is something I’m a stickler for. He’s easygoing and very attentive to your needs and situation.
