PJ was on top of every detail, explained things I did not understand, worked with the people coming and going to enable the sale to go thru smoothly, and always with patience and a smile. He is a blessing, especially when handling matters big and small. He sold our home in 7 days, and after multiple offers, for $400K over asking! I wouldn’t use anyone else and am in fact, using PJ to buy another luxury home. Simply, he’s the best!
